Boston Cream Pie (V)

Boston Cream Pie is a classic dessert that isn’t pie at all. Shocking, we know! So, what is it you ask? It’s a layered vanilla cake dessert with a thick custard centre, topped with a chocolate glaze. We’ve made this classic into ice cream by combining a vanilla custard, non-dairy base with chunks of vanilla cake and dark chocolate ganache pieces. Totally decadent, and totally dairy-free and gluten-free too!
