We turned the traditional Iranian cookie into ice cream form, thanks to our friends at Buddy’s Bakery! The Fooman cookie, or Koloocheh, has its origins in Northern Iran, and is made with a cinnamon, walnut and sugar filling. Perfectly crumbly, spiced and sweet, we just had to add it to our ice cream.
