What is a blondie? A blondie is just like a brownie, except it’s missing the cocoa powder (on purpose of course) creating a rich buttery sweet, vanilla flavour. We combine those chewy morsels with a butterscotch sauce infused base and crunchy pieces of dark chocolate. Sweet, chewy, crunchy and a touch of sea salt for the ultimate indulgence in scoop format.
