Carrot Cake

Now we can have our (gluten-free) cake and eat our vegetables too! Introducing Carrot Cake – a cream cheese frosting base with a slight spice and soft pieces of homemade carrot cake pieces throughout. We went ahead and added EXTRA cream cheese icing, because we all know that’s the best part.

Ingredients

Cream, Skim milk, Sugar, Cream cheese icing (cream cheese, icing sugar, cream and Greek yogurt), House-made carrot cake (carrots, canola oil, gluten-free flour [sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sweet, white sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum], sugar, brown sugar, eggs, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, double fold vanilla extract), Pasteurized egg yolks, Skim milk powder, Guar gum, Locust bean gum, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Carrageenan.
