Now we can have our (gluten-friendly) cake and eat our vegetables too! Introducing Carrot Cake – a cream cheese frosting base with a slight spice and soft pieces of homemade carrot cake pieces throughout. We went ahead and added EXTRA cream cheese icing, because we all know that’s the best part.
