Choco Dipped Churro (V)

It’s said that the golden-delicious fried churro originated in Spain at the end of the Middle Ages, or perhaps in China, with Portuguese merchants recreating it back home, eventually making its way through other parts of the world through Spanish colonization, especially Latin America. We were inspired by the delicious chewy fried pastry treat and created our own take on it. It includes a caramel non-dairy base studded with little pieces of cinnamon-sugar coated cake, and house-made chocolate ganache bites.
