Eisham’s Masala Chai

Inspired by fellow Villager Eisham, this flavour is a heartfelt tribute to tradition, family, and celebration. We’ve crafted our own masala chai blend in house alongside Eisham which combines Two Hills English Breakfast tea with green cardamom pods, rose petals, cinnamon chips, black peppercorns, fennel seeds, whole cloves, and cracked ginger. The blend is steeped directly into our ice cream base to draw out its full warmth and spice before being strained and churned into a smooth, aromatic scoop.

For Eisham, getting ice cream at Village on Eid has become a cherished family tradition, often filled with familiar faces and joyful reunions while waiting in line. As a first-generation Muslim, masala chai is woven into both milestone moments and everyday life for Eisham. It is how guests are welcomed, how conversations unfold, and how time slows down with family and friends. Some of Eisham’s favourite memories are simply sitting together over cups of chai, sharing stories and laughter. This flavour carries that same warmth, comfort, and sense of community.
