When you settle in for a long winter’s nap this season, let your head dance with visions of our Bourbon Eggnog ice cream! This is a Village Ice Cream Christmas staple. A recipe inspired by Village Founder Billy Friley’s grandmother, Gigi. Freshly ground nutmeg is added to our sweet cream base with a generous touch of Kentucky Bourbon for full flavour impact.

Cream, Skim milk, Sugar, Jim Beam Kentucky Bourbon, Freshly ground nutmeg, Sugar, Pasteurized egg yolks, Skim milk powder, Guar gum, Locust bean gum, Carrageenan.
