The iconic Canadian dessert, named after the coastal B.C. town Nanaimo, has a soft layer of yellow custard sandwiched between rich chocolate ganache and a coconut-graham base. We’ve made this favourite into ice cream by infusing a sweet custard base inspired by the Nanaimo bar filling with pieces of house-made rich chocolate ganache and coconut-graham bar pieces throughout. It’s Nanaimo perfection in every scoop!

Cream, Skim milk, Sugar, House-made nanaimo pieces (graham crumbs [wheat flour, whole grain wheat flour, sugars (sugar and or golden sugar, honey)], butter, shredded coconut, sugar, eggs, cocoa and sea salt), House-made ganache (cream, dark chocolate [cocoa mass, sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring]), Icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), Bird’s custard powder (cornstarch, salt, colour [contains Tartrazine]), Pasteurized egg yolks, Skim milk powder, Guar gum, Locust bean gum, Carrageenan.
