If you’ve been with us for a while, you’ll probably know that North 49 Honeyberry is what started it all! Our founder Billy Friley came up with the idea to start Village Ice Cream whilst devouring a pint of freshly made Huckleberry ice cream on Grandma Gladys’ porch (for more on this, see our “Our Story” page.) Popular with humans and black bears alike, our twist mixes Alberta grown honeyberries and a huckleberry extract in this richly colourful and fruity flavour.
