Pumpkin spice season has officially arrived, and our version of pumpkin pie is full of warm spice and everything nice for the fall season. We take our sweet cream base, and we combine it with a house-made pumpkin jam and a hand blended pumpkin spice blend. Once it’s churned to perfection, we toss in buttery gluten-friendly shortbread cookie pieces.

 

Ingredients

Cream, Skim milk, Sugar, House made pumpkin jam (pumpkin puree [pumpkin], sugar, spice mix [cinnamon, ginger, all spice, cloves and nutmeg], House made shortbread (gluten free flour [sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum], unsalted butter, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla extract (water, alcohol, propylene glycol), Pasteurized egg yolks, Skim milk powder, Guar gum, Locust bean gum, Carrageenan.
