Sticky Toffee Pudding

A brand-new seasonal flavour created by one of our Kitchen Managers, Sarah inspired by a family recipe. We make butterscotch sauce fresh in our kitchens with an abundance of cream and brown sugar and we add it directly to the sweet cream base. That rich base is combined with cake pieces that are simply divine along with an extra butterscotch drizzle for good measure.

Ingredients

Cream, Skim milk, Sugar, House-made butterscotch sauce (brown sugar, whipping cream, butter, molasses and sea salt), House-made sticky toffee cake (dates, water, flour, egg, brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, sea salt), Pasteurized egg yolks, Skim milk powder, Guar gum, Locust bean gum, Carrageenan.
