Tim Tams are a beloved chocolate cookie hailing from Australia, first introduced in 1964. While they’re available in a variety of flavours, the classic features two layers of light and crispy chocolate biscuits sandwiched together by a creamy chocolate filling and coated in a layer of chocolate. We make our own Tim Tams fresh in our kitchen, inspired by one of our Kitchen Managers. In addition to being made by hand with love and care, our version is also gluten-friendly! The base is a melted milk and dark chocolate combination with pieces of house-made Tim Tam cookies throughout.
