Villsbury Doughboy

While cookies themselves are all well and good, there’s nothing like eating the dough straight from the store-bought tube! We recreated the nostalgic tubed cookie dough by mixing brown sugar and vanilla extract into the base of our ice cream. After churning, we toss in soft house-made cookie dough and blitzed pieces of chocolate chips to emulate a childhood classic, but with a Village twist.
