Villsbury Doughboy

While cookies themselves are all well and good, there’s nothing like eating the dough straight from the store-bought tube! We recreated the nostalgic tubed cookie dough starting with a vanilla base, and after churning, we toss in soft house-made cookie dough and blitzed pieces of chocolate chips to emulate a childhood classic, but with a Village twist. 


Cream, Skim milk, Sugar, Pasteurized egg yolks, Skim milk powder, House-made cookie dough (pasteurized flour, margarine [canola oil, water, modified palm and palm kernel oils, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, soy lecithin, citric acid (acidulant), natural flavour, vitamin a palmitate, beta-carotene, vitamin D2)], brown sugar, white sugar, water, baking soda and vanilla extract), Callebaut dark chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), Double fold vanilla extract, Guar gum, Locust bean gum, Carrageenan.
