Remember Viva Puffs? Found in the cookie isle at the Supermarket, a Viva Puff is the combination of a soft cookie, chewy marshmallow, and a jam filing all covered in a chocolatey coating. If you weren’t eating these after school, it’s OK, we got you with the Village version 2.0! A raspberry puree base is churned with melted dark-chocolate creating tiny pieces of chocolate throughout (aka: Stracciatella). That delicious base is combined with mini marshmallows and pieces of graham crust for a nice chewy texture and flavour boost that’ll remind you of those squishy little cookies!
Ingredients
Cream, Skim milk, Sugar, Raspberry puree (raspberries), Graham crust (graham crumb [wheat flour, whole grain wheat flour, sugars (sugar and or golden sugar, honey)], butter, salt), Chocolate stracciatella (dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), coconut oil), Mini marshmallows (sugars [corn syrup, sugar, corn dextrose] modified corn starch, corn dextrose, water, gelatin, tetrasodium artificial and natural flavor, mineral oil, brilliant blue FCF), Pasteurized egg yolks, Skim milk powder, Guar gum, Locust bean gum, Carrageenan.
