A Village GOAT (and possibly the most requested flavour of all time) makes its big return this August. You might be wondering what all the hype is about. Well, we start by steeping the base with graham crackers for 18 hours before churning it and swirling it with the very best part, loads of house-made lime curd and clusters of graham cracker crust. When it’s all done, it’s the ‘chef’s kiss’ combination of flavours that is totally addictive.
Ingredients
Cream, Skim milk, Sugar, House-made lime curd (sugar, lime juice, egg yolks, butter, lime zest), Graham crust (graham crumbs [wheat flour, whole grain wheat flour, sugars (sugar and or golden sugar, honey)], butter, salt), Pasteurized egg yolks, Skim milk powder, Guar gum, Locust bean gum, Carrageenan.
