    Established: 2012. This is our original shop: an unlikely and hard-to-find cul-de-sac where we made our very first batches of Ice Cream.

    We have plenty of free parking in our private lot and piles of seating and hang-out space in one of Calgary’s first parklets (story: we converted a bunch of parking stalls into a nice place to hang). Our outdoor space is the scene of countless wedding photoshoots, unofficial family reunions, run-club and bike group calorie re-ups, and general merry-making. And our hand-painted sign is one of the most instagrammed spots in Calgary!

    A favourite is back! We make a fresh vegan lemon curd and blend it into our dairy-free base. Once it’s churned to citrusy perfection, we add in house-made vanilla cake and crunchy poppyseeds for the right amount of texture.     💙 IQRIZZLE’S KULFI KRUNCH 💙 Iqrizzle’s Kulfi Krunch was created hand in hand with a very special Villager, Iqra Rahamatullah, inspired by a cherished family Kulfi recipe and her deep love of ice cream. A true ice cream fanatic, Iqra absolutely lit up throughout the flavour creation process, generously sharing homemade kulfi with our team, giving us the chance to experience the flavours, memories, and traditions tied to the dessert. Originating in South Asia, Kulfi is a rich, dense frozen dessert traditionally made with slowly simmered milk, fragrant spices, nuts, and pieces of soaked bread folded right into the mixture. Our take blends freshly ground green cardamom and condensed milk into a sweet cream base, layered with crunchy pistachio pieces and soft cakey bits inspired by Iqra’s very own kulfi recipe. Created as a heartfelt tribute to Iqra and her memory, this flavour is full of comfort, nostalgia, and love. We hope this flavour inspires the same love for life’s simple joys that Iqra carried so effortlessly.
