Cinnamon Streusel Cake (aka Coffee Cake), is a soft, vanilla cake with a layer of brown sugar, cinnamon streusel on top. Irresistible on it’s own or commonly enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee. We’ve made the tasty cake into an ice cream flavour by combining our very own house-made, buttery brown sugar topped coffee cake in a cinnamon-vanilla custard dairy-free base.
