Kathy’s Cookie Dough (V)

The OG Village GOAT, Kathy (Billy’s mom of course) makes the most delicious cookies, and we love churning that dough into ice cream. We’ve pack a vanilla, non-dairy base with house-made oatmeal cookie dough (gluten-free and vegan of course) and dark chocolate chips until it’s overflowing with the delicious nostalgia of stealing a taste before the cookie’s been baked (because really, why wait).
