Inspired by the classic Canadian treat, Pecan Butter Tart captures the essence of this caramelly, buttery-rich treat in every scoop! It all starts with a homemade caramel infused base reminiscent of the butter tart filling. We then add in chunks of buttery house-made short bread crust punctuated by crunchy bites of perfectly toasted fresh pecans.
