Red Velvet Layer Cake

Imagine a thick slice of a beautiful layered cake; bright red velvet cake sandwiched between layers of rich cream cheese filling and bright raspberry jam. We’ve taken those elements and made them into ice cream making everything fresh in our kitchen. We dare you to stick to one slice aka: scoop.

Ingredients

Cream, Skim milk, Sugar, Cream cheese icing (cream cheese [milk, cream, skim milk powder, salt, bacterial culture, guar gum and or/carob bean gum, sorbic acid], icing sugar, whipping cream, greek yogurt [milk, milk ingredients, whey protein concentrate, bacterial culture]), Red velvet cake (flour, sugar, buttermilk, canola oil, eggs, white vinegar, cocoa, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, red food coloring), Raspberry jam (raspberry puree, sugar, yellow pectin), Pasteurized egg yolks, Skim milk powder, Guar gum, Locust bean gum, Carrageenan.
